Classes in several areas around the country are suspended on Thursday (July 25) due to heavy rainfall and flooding brought by typhoon Carina (international name: Gaemi) and the southwest monsoon.
The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) announced the suspension of work in government offices and classes at all levels in Regions III, IV-A, and the National Capital Region (NCR).

Caloocan City - all levels (public and private schools)
San Juan City - all levels (public and private schools)
Quezon City - all levels (public and private schools)
Mandaluyong City - all levels (public and private schools)

Taguig - all levels (public and private schools)
Provinces
Laguna - all levels (public and private schools)
Batangas - all levels (public and private schools)

Dagupan City - all levels (public and private schools)
