• Malabon – Kindergarten to senior high school, public schools only
• Navotas – All levels in schools located in District 2 and Sipac Almacen
• Quezon City – All levels, public and private, in connection with the State of the Nation Address

Pangasinan

• Anda – All levels, public and private
• Lingayen – All levels, public and private
• Bani — face-to-face classes, public and private
• Urbiztondo – All levels, public and private
• Infanta – Kindergarten to senior high school, public and private
• Sual – All levels, public and private
• Mapandan – All levels, public and private
• Calasiao – All levels, public and private, including government work
