After three years, Pasakalye returns to Pasay City.
The 'Bente Naman Jam' Pasakalye Concert kickstarted the three-day 2023 Aliwan Fiesta, which went digital from 2020 until 2022 due to the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
Old Fantasy, composed of former members of the Mocha Girls, kicked off the concert on Thursday, July 13, and their performance energized the crowd.
OPM band Imago continued to hype up the audience by singing their hit songs Sundo and Taralets.
Bands Hey June! and Gracenote also serenaded the public.
The night came to an end with a performance by the Sunkissed Lola, who sang their record-breaking song Pasilyo for the finale.
All throughout the night, DJs Conyo Bicolano and Angkol Dagol kept the crowd entertained while building up their excitement for the series of performances lined up.
Pasakalye moved from the CCP grounds, the common venue of the concert, to inside the Aliw theater due to the continuous downpour throughout Metro Manila.
However, the change of venue and the weather conditions failed to hamper the return of Pasakalye.
