

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, June 13, said that the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat, will bring rains all over Luzon, including Metro Manila.
PAGASA expects that the southwest monsoon will bring monsoon rains over Ilocos Region, Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
Meanwhile, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Bataan, Zambales, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Bulacan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms still due to the southwest monsoon.
The weather monitoring agency also said that the rest of the Philippines, including the National Capital Region, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon and localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned that flash floods and landslides due to the said weather conditions.
