In the early games of the series, AP Bren showcased their dominance, securing quick victories while displaying exceptional map control. The dynamic duo of Rowgien "Owgwen" Unigo and Marco "Super Marco" Requitiano played pivotal roles in Bren Esports' formidable performance.
Super Marco's perfect 4/0/4 KDA on Brody in the first game significantly contributed to their 9-2 kill score, while Owgwen displayed a commendable 3/2/11 KDA on Mathilda in the second game.
Salic "Hadji" Imam took the lead for the Codebreakers, securing their win in Game 3.
Blacklist International managed to turn the tide, largely thanks to their strategic last pick, Ixia, for Kiel “OHEB” Soriano. Despite Bren's offensive-focused lineup, the Ixia pick proved insurmountable, with OHEB finishing with a perfect 11/0/2 KDA.
In Game 4, AP Bren swiftly dismantled Blacklist International.
Blacklist attempted an unconventional strategy by assigning the Akai pick to Renejay "Renejay" Bacarse, but AP Bren clinched the victory with a game-winning teamfight.
In Game 5, Blacklist aimed to change the momentum with a different hero composition. However, Bren stuck with their winning combination of Martis and Arlott, complemented by Ruby for crowd control.
David Charles "FlapTzy" Canon earned the title of Finals MVP for his consistently stellar performance throughout the series.
AP Bren not only secured their place in the M5 World Championship but also claimed the majority of the US$150,000 prize pool.
