YouTube stars and long-time couple Cong TV and Viy Cortez are now engaged!
The couple announced the good news on Thursday through a separate Facebook post.
Cortez shared a photo of her and her now-fiancé kissing, while giving the fans a good view of her engagement ring.
"Yes love! Una palang alam ko na ikaw ang magiging asawa ko!" she wrote.
In a YouTube vlog released shortly after their announcement, Cong TV revealed that the proposal happened during the celebration of his 31st birthday last October 28.
"Solid kasi naging sandalan kita sa mga pinakamahirap na parte ng buhay ko at salamat sa Diyos na ikaw ang kasama ko ngayon sa mga pinakamasasarap na parte. Swerte ko kasi sa 'yo ko kailangan tanungin ‘yung, ‘Will you marry me?’" he said.
“Salamat sa matiyaga mong paghihintay. Hindi ka na magtatanong san 'kin muli. I love you,” Cong TV told Cortez in a separate post.
The couple welcomed their first child, Kidlat, in July.
Cong TV and Cortez are considered among the most popular content creators in the Philippines, with a combined 10.7 million and 6.14 million subscribers, respectively.
