A vendor was shot dead by three men on Daang Bakal Street, Brgy. 163, Tondo, Manila, this New Year.

In a report by Jecelle Ricafort during Damdaming Bayan, the victim was identified as Arjin Mariano Minese, 39 years old, and a resident of the same area.

According to the initial investigation by the Tayuman Police Station, the victim was asleep when three men wearing black jackets and face masks suddenly shot him.

The suspects quickly fled the scene. Police found the victim's lifeless, bloodied body on the table.
