Kristel Fulgar and her boyfriend-turned-fiancé Ha Su-hyuk await a new chapter as the couple are engaged!
The recent vlog posted on the actress-turned-vlogger’s YouTube channel showed Su-hyuk planning the proposal with her best friend of 15 years and family. According to Kristel’s best friend, the former had asked her to have her proposal documented.
The 25-minute vlog highlighted the preparation for the proposal and Su-hyuk’s plans for their future as a couple. The former said he knew he would cry on the day he popped the question because he had already been dreaming of that day.
He also shared that he began thinking about marrying Kristel in early 2024, after sharing his past with the latter.
“On the day I shared my history with her. I had a very hard life when I was younger. She encouraged me, and respects me,” he said about Kristel.
“My personality is not bad. I tried to improve my life. After sharing that story, I decided that I wanted to marry her,” he added.
On the night of the proposal, Kristel walked up to the roof deck decorated with white balloons inspired by her perfume line, “Kalmellow.” It was also filled with fresh flowers, and accent lighting, and was attended by her family and close friends.
Before he popped the question, Su-hyuk said, “Actually, I didn’t prepare a speech because I know [that] as soon as I see you, I already know what I want to say. I always knew that my baba [Kristel], will be the last woman [that] I would love.”
“Now if it weren’t because of you, I wouldn’t know how to live. You will be my last love, [and] you will be the only one that I want to love forever. Also, I want to have a happy family with you. With tita, I want to live happily,” he added.
In 2024, Kristel announced that she is in a relationship with Su-hyuk, after months of courtship. He is also her first boyfriend, as the former mentioned she prayed for “the one.”
In a previous vlog, Kristel shared that she is ready to settle down with her now-fiancé.
