Renovations at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 4 are scheduled to begin on November 6. The project aims to address aging infrastructure and improve the overall passenger experience.
The New NAIA Infra Corporation (NNIC) indicated that it will focus on safety upgrades while also enhancing passenger flow and modernizing facilities.
“Our goal is to make Terminal 4 more comfortable and efficient for travelers. While there may be some temporary disruptions, we appreciate the public’s understanding and patience as we work to deliver these much-needed improvements," NNIC said.
Furthermore, the renovated NAIA Terminal 4 is anticipated to reopen in February 2025.
Throughout the renovation, all airlines currently based in Terminal 4 will temporarily shift to Terminal 2.
Terminal 4 currently accommodates AirSWIFT, which operates 12 daily flights; Sunlight Air, which has 2 daily flights; and CebGo, which offers 36 daily flights.
NNIC assured that they are in close contact with the concerned airlines to guarantee a seamless transition and minimize disruptions for passengers.
Meanwhile, passengers are encouraged to verify their flight schedules with their respective airlines for the latest updates.
