The Manila Broadcasting Company revealed the fifteen (15) short films that made it to the roster of finalists of the MBC Short Film Festival 2022 (MSFF).
On Saturday night, the MSFF announced the Top 15 through its "Big Reveal" event that aired on its official Facebook page, DZRH News Television, and other affiliated digital platforms of MBC.
The Top 15 is composed of short film entries from the Animation, Documentary, and Short Feature categories.
The films are as follows by category:

Ang Liwanag ng Bakunawa by Alvin Joshua Gasga and Shem Domingo
Bahay Bound by Danica Sy and Andrea Castillo
Proud by Are Jay Madrigal Peralta
DOCUMENTARY
SUPER-ABLE by Arjanmar H. Rebeta
Nasaan Sila, Nasaan ang Virus? by Ram Esteban Estael
Lola Samiya, 109 by Samer Sulaiman
Ang Pagpapakalma Sa Unos (To Calm The Pig Inside) by Joanna Vasquez Arong
Kambalingan by Gio Gonzalves

The 15 films selected for the final competition will automatically receive PHP 20,000 each. Meanwhile, category winners will each receive PHP 100,000 additional and will vie for the Grand Prix Award.
The overall winner of the competition will take home a pot of PHP 220,000, net of tax.
