A 24-year-old college student died after unidentified suspects shot her in San Marino Annex Phase 5, Barangay Salawag, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
In a report of RH 30 Eric Dastas, the Dasmariñas Component City Police received a call from a barangay official in Salawag regarding a shooting incident that occurred in the area.
The police immediately went to the scene and found the victim’s lifeless body lying on the side of the road, bathed in one's own blood.
During the investigation, authorities found eight spent shells from a .45 caliber pistol, which are believed to have struck various parts of the victim’s body.
CCTV footage is now being reviewed to aid in the investigation.
The investigation is still ongoing to uncover the assailant of the victim.
