A man was found dead inside a hotel room along Annapolis Street, Brgy. E. Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City, on Thursday night, August 28, Val Gonzales reported.

According to the initial investigation of authorities, hotel staff attempted to contact the guest for his scheduled check-out on the third floor of the hotel but received no response. They knocked on the door, but no one answered.

When they opened the room, they discovered the lifeless body of the victim with his hands and feet bound.

The Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) is conducting an investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident and to identify who was last seen with the victim before the crime occurred.
