Actor Anthony Jennings has apologized to his on-screen partner, Maris Racal and non showbiz ex-girlfriend Jamela Villanueva.
"Sa lahat ho ng mga nangyari noong nakaraang araw, sa lahat ho ng mga taong nasaktan ko, especially po si Maris (Racal) atsaka si Jam (Villanueva), humihingi ho ako ng tawad sa dalawang babae, and sa mga lahat po ng mga nadamay ko rin po," said Jennings in a video statement uploaded on the ABS-CBN's social media on Friday.
"Iyon lamang po. Sorry po ulit," he ended.
Jennings' statement came just hours after Racal’s tell-all interview, where she addressed the cheating rumors linking her to her co-star.
Racal apologized to the public for the "very intimate side" of herself that was revealed. She then apologized to those she may have hurt.
According to Racal, she was shocked and embarrassed because the conversation was exposed to the public without her consent and against her will.
On Tuesday night, Jennings' ex-girlfriend posted several screenshots of exchanges between the two artists on her Instagram story, sparking the controversy.
Racal and Jennings captured fans' attention with their pairing as Irene and Snoop in the series "Can’t Buy Me Love."
They are currently starring in the teleserye "Incognito," alongside fellow actors Richard Gutierrez, Ian Veneracion, Baron Geisler, Kaila Estrada, and Daniel Padilla.
