The Muntinlupa Cosmopolitan School along National Road in Barangay Putatan got caught on fire on Tuesday after an airconditioning unit overheat.

The Muntinlupa City Fire Station reported that the fire started at around 5:45 a.m. from an air conditioner in Room 303 of the said school.

It added that the air conditioner was left running, which caused overheating due to dirty air filters and condenser coils.

Meanwhile, six fire trucks and one ambulance responded to the incident, and it was reported that no one was injured as the fire was put out five minutes after it happened.
