The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced 41 canceled flights including 2 international flights on Monday, Sept. 26, due to Typhoon Karding.

In its 9 am advisory, the canceled flights are as follows:

In PAGASA's 11 am tropical cyclone bulletin, it said that Typhoon Karding was last tracked 230 kilometers West of Dagupan City, Pangasinan with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph and gusts of up to 160 kph.

The state weather bureau said Karding continues to move westward over the West Philippine Sea towards Vietnam and may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Monday night.
