

Three parked vehicles were shot at along G. Santiago Street corner R. Papa, Barangay Obrero, Tondo, Manila, early Monday morning, July 7, Boy Gonzales reported.
According to Barangay 189 Chairman Aladin Cuevas, the incident occurred at around 4:20 a.m., in the middle of heavy rainfall.
Residents were awakened by successive gunshots. Before firing at the vehicles, the suspects reportedly set one of them on fire.
Based on CCTV footage from Barangay 189, four suspects riding two motorcycles were involved in the attack. One of the suspects was seen smashing a car window before setting a black vehicle with plate number NIM-2624 on fire.
The Manila Police District Station 7 is currently investigating the incident to determine the motive and identify the suspects.
