A woman was found dead inside an icebox or cooler inside the house of the man suspected of killing her in Trece Martires City, Cavite, on Wednesday, May 15.

In a report by RH Eric Dastas, the body of the 25-year-old victim was discovered in Barangay Hugo Perez after it was reported to the authorities by the suspect's wife.
According to the lady, her husband called her on his cell phone and admitted that he accidentally killed the victim by hanging her with a rope.
To hide the crime, he allegedly put the victim in a large ice box.
It is said that the suspect, who is a 36-year-old jeepney driver, felt guilty, so he told his wife what happened. The suspect did not surrender to the police and is still hiding.
According to the Cavite police, the dispute is considered to be a motive for crime because of the money owed by the suspect that he could not pay the victim.
A follow-up operation is still being conducted by authorities this Thursday for the arrest of the suspect.
