Trina Candaza looked back at how she braved the year 2022 despite losing a man in her and her daughter's life.
She opened this up in an Instagram post on January 1. Netizens said Trina might be talking about the father of her child, actor Carlo Aquino.
“We lost someone whom I thought will be the man who will always keep us safe, someone who will protect us. But little did I know he will be the one who is very excited to remove us from his life,” she captioned in the post.

But the loss was eventually replaced with more blessings, Trina said.
She cited that last year, she had received various endorsements, established three new businesses, bought a car and bag for herself, and learned more hobbies.
“Thank you to all the people who have helped me and Mithi, you know who you are, we love you and we are very grateful for all the help and love. 2022, you are the year that built me,” Trina said.
In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN in April 2022, Carlo confirmed that he broke up with Trina but did not elaborate on the reason.
The former couple welcomed their daughter Mithi in 2020, a year after they confirmed their relationship in 2019.
