An eighth grader was killed in a student stabbing incident Friday evening in Las Piñas City.
According to a report by RH 27 Noche Cacas, two victims were reportedly ambushed on their way home from the Captain Albert Aguilar High School by unidentified grade 9 boys. The suspects fled the scene on foot shortly afterwards, carrying the weapon.
The injured 15-year-olds were promptly rushed to Las Piñas Doctors Hospital and Las Piñas General Hospital for medical treatment. The first boy sustained a stab wound on his left lateral neck but remained conscious. The second, however, was declared dead at around 7:48 PM, a police report says.
As of the time of reporting, a manhunt has been launched by the CAA Substation to arrest the suspects and an investigation into the motive for the killing is underway.
