The shearline and the northeast monsoon or amihan will bring rain over several parts of the country, according to PAGASA on Monday, Nov. 20.

Based on the state weather bureau's 4 a.m. bulletin, Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Bicol Region, and MIMAROPA will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line.

Cagayan Valley, Apayao, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon or amihan.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the northeast monsoon.
