The local government unit (LGU) of San Juan City will give out 15th-month pay to its employees on Friday, Dec. 23.

In an announcement, the San Juan LGU said Those who are permanent, casual, job order, and contractual status with 4 months in service before October 31 will receive the incentive.

Employees who worked for less than 4 months will receive P4,000.

They will also grant the incentive to the workers from San Juan Medical Center.

Under the Economic Welfare Assistance, the city will provide 15-month pay to help employees sustain their needs and also express appreciation towards their service.
