Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte and House Speaker Martin Romualdez are among the "top performing" local government officials, based on the latest independent and non-commissioned ‘Boses ng Bayan’ survey of the RP-Mission and Development Foundation.

Belmonte received an average of 95.73% from the said survey, which is "statistically tied" with Candon City Mayor Eric Singson, who garnered 94.86%.

On the other hand, Romualdez’s ability has been most praised among the representatives in Congress, with 95.32% of vote results in the survey.

The House Speaker was statistically tied with Ilocos Norte Representatives Sandro Marcos and Kristine Singson, and Cebu Representative Duke Frasco.
