Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Chairman Alejandro Tengco named Former Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque as the legal head who lobbied for the raided POGO in Pampanga during a senate committee hearing on Wednesday.

During the fourth hearing of the Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations, and Gender Equality, the PAGCOR Chairman revealed that Roque arranged a meeting in his office in July 2023, with hopes to lobby for a solution regarding financial conflicts in the Lucky South 99.

Lucky South 99 is the recently-raided illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) located in Porac, Pampanga.

With the irregularities revealed, the Committee chairwoman Senator Risa Hontiveros moved to invite Roque and previous PAGCOR Chairperson Andrea Domingo for further questioning in the next hearing.
