Former Presidential Spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque clashes with Diehard Duterte Supporters (DDS) in The Hague over a humba dish.
In a video circulating on social media, Roque and DDS members were seen celebrating the birthday of a supporter when a comment surfaced online claiming Roque had enjoyed humba that supposedly belonged to the group.
“Sabi niya [Aldo], nagsaya ka [Atty. Harry Roque] sa humba. Kinakain mo daw yung humba nila,” a DDS said
Roque quickly responded, insisting he was willing to pay for the entire dish. A supporter, however, clarified that the food was meant to be shared by everyone.
The exchange prompted Roque to urge DDS members to stand firm against misleading remarks online.
“There are things that are right, there are things that are wrong. Take a stand,“ he said.
The incident, now dubbed by netizens as the “crazy meltdown” by Roque, has sparked mixed reactions on social media.
