Shabu valued at P81,600 was confiscated by the Task Force Davao and the Bunawan and Calinan police on Thursday.

The shabu was collected from three individuals at two different checkpoints: the Lasang and Lacson checkpoints in Davao City.

On Wednesday, two others were arrested for carrying unlicensed guns.

The three caught with shabu are to be charged with violating Republic Act 9165, which is the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, while those armed without licenses will have the breach of RA 10591, or the illegal possession of firearms, filed against them.
