The NLEX Corporation has informed motorists to anticipate heavy traffic on the North Luzon Expressway this Saturday, January 25, as the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) holds its "One New Era" event at the Philippine Arena.

In an advisory issued on Wednesday, NLEX urged motorists to top up their RFID accounts and allocate extra travel time, as heavy traffic is anticipated on the specified date.

"The Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) will be holding the One New Era event at the Philippine Arena on Saturday, January 25, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM," NLEX said in their social media post.

"Load up your RFID accounts and allow more time for travel, as high volume of traffic is expected on this date," it added.

Furthermore, NLEX advised attendees of the said event to take the Ciudad de Victoria exit, whle motorists headed to Bocaue or Santa Maria are encouraged to take alternate routes via exits in Marilao, Bocaue, or Tambubong.

Traffic personnel will also be stationed in NLEX-covered areas on the specified day to assist motorists.
