Presidential aspirant and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso on Saturday wrapped up his three-day campaign sortie in Northern Luzon which, according to him, shattered the urban myth of solid North by the Marcos family.
Moreno visited the provinces of Quirino, Isabela, Cagayan, and Kalinga — considered to be Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s political bailiwick — from Thursday to Saturday.
"I don’t know if you can call that [Solid North] an urban legend, but I am happy with the people who are showing us a warm welcome," the Aksyon Demokratiko standard-bearer said during an ambush interview with reporters.

Speaking before Tabuk farmers, Moreno vowed to go hard against smugglers of rice, garlic, onion, and vegetables.
He also promised to revise the Rice Tariffication Law which has been blamed by watch groups for the drop in farmgate prices amid an influx of imported rice and rising prices of fertilizer.
