Quezon City has selected Asia Rose Simpson, a Fil-Am missionary worker and former Miss Teen USA contestant, as its Miss World Philippines 2025 bet on a Saturday, April 5 ceremony.

Representing Barangay Socorro, the 17-year-old prevailed against 10 other contestants in the city’s very first pageant determining its Miss World Philippines delegate, which was hosted at the Monet Ballroom of the Novotel Manila Araneta City.

“Anything and everything without a purpose is pointless. Beauty Queens are influencers on a public stage. You can use your talents, gifts, abilities, interest, to make a difference,” she said.

A previous aspirant to the Miss Teen USA crown, Simpson is now in the running for the nation’s next Miss World representative, who will succeed current Miss World Philippines Krishnah Gravidez.
