Among 33 candidates from different regions, Baguio City’s Krishnah Marie Gravidez snatched the Miss World Philippines 2024 crown during the pageant’s coronation night at the Mall of Asia Arena on Friday.
Aside from the crown, Gravidez bagged the Best in Evening Gown, Best in Swimsuit, Miss Oro China, Miss Photogenic, Miss Hello Glow, Miss Procap, Miss Skin by Cathy Valencia, and Miss Dr. Leo awards.
The reigning Miss World Krystyna Pyszková of Czechia crowned Gravidez with the Rays of Hope crown newly designed by Oro China Jewelry. Miss World Philippines 2022 Gwendolyne Fourniol awarded the sash.
Jasmine Omay of Tarlac Province and Sophia Bianca Santos of Pampanga were crowned Miss World Philippines 2024 1st Princess and Miss World Philippines 2024 2nd Princess respectively.
Four crowns were also awarded to four women who will be representing the country in their respective international competitions.

- Miss Tourism Philippines - Patricia Bianca Tapia of Batangas
- Face of Beauty - Jeanne Isabelle Bilasano of Bicol Region
Prior to Gravidez’s Miss World Philippines 2024 win, she joined Miss Universe Philippines 2023 where she finished Top 5 and was crowned Miss Charm Philippines 2023. Gravidez later renounced the Miss Charm Philippines 2023 crown before joining the Miss World Philippines pageant.
