Easterlies will bring rains to Mindanao
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday, June 13, that the easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental, South Cotabato, Sarangani, Sultan Kudarat, and Zamboanga Sibugay.
Based on the forecast of PAGASA, Caraga and the rest of Davao Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to easterlies.
Meanwhile, localized thunderstorms will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the Philippines.
PAGASA cautions the public that thunderstorms might cause flash floods or landslides.
