Two-time Olympic gold medalist and Filipino gymnast Carlos "Caloy" Yulo received his 100-square meter and P32M worth condominium unit from Megaworld Corporation on Wednesday.
The three-bedroom condo in Mckinley Hill is fully-furnished and includes home appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, four-burner cooktop with oven, washing and drying machines, four smart TVs, and even a game console, allowing Carlos to enjoy time with friends and family during his leisure time.
It also features two balconies, a private parking space, and a maid's room with its own toilet and bath.
One of the standout features in the living room is a custom-made nesting coffee table that includes a replica of the gold medal from the Paris Olympic Games.
Yulo's unit is also decorated with framed newspaper front pages highlighting his remarkable Olympic journey.
In addition to the condo unit, Yulo is also set to receive a monetary incentive of PHP 3 million, bringing the total pledge from Megaworld to PHP 35 million.
