Interviewed during Damdaming Bayan on Monday, MCJ Spokesperson JO2 Elmar Jacobe said the jail once again accepts visitors based on the scheduled visiting days.
According to Jacobe, the chaos arose from a basketball game when inmates became too aggressive while playing, hurting each other.
"Karamihan dito nagkabatuhan.
The MCJ is currently studying whether they are going to continue the ongoing Sport's Fest, which is part of the MCJ's yearly activity.
