Gabriela Women's party-list Rep. Arlene Brosas and ACT Teachers Party-List Rep. France Castro shared a glimpse of the political statement outfits they will be wearing for President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr.'s second State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday, July 24.
For Brosas' statement outfit, the design featured women in the forefront holding a banner that calls for an increase in the wages of Filipino workers.
Above them is an alligator man sitting comfortably in a "Maharlika fund" placard, and behind him is tons of currency.
The outfit was designed and personally handpainted by local graphic artist Michael Joselo, who also designed Brosas' look last SONA 2022.

Meanwhile, Castro's outfit highlighted the plight of Filipino workers who are struggling to make ends meet due to the rising prices of goods and services in the country.
The design exhibited health workers, teachers, construction workers, private workers, and government employers who are surrounded with arrows and money which indicates the rising trend of inflation.
Joselo also curated the statement outfit of the ACT Teachers Party-List solon.
