<p dir="ltr">Kim Bum has a wonderful birthday gift for his followers! The South Korean actor revealed on Friday that he will do back-to-back fan events in Manila and Cebu in September.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">According to social media posts made by his agency, King Kong by Starship, the events are part of the actor's "Between U and Me" Asia tour, which will begin in Japan in August.&nbsp;</p>
