Presidential candidate and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso has cast his vote in Manuel Luis Elementary School in Tondo, Manila.

Moreno arrived at the polling area at around 11:00 AM where he also received loud cheers from Manileños.

Sought for message to his archrivals for the presidency, the mayor said, "Goodluck at good health."
