Gilas Women went up 13-2 early in the game but Senegal managed to turn the tides before the end of the first quarter, and seized the lead, 22-20.
Before half-time, Senegal widened the gap, 45-32.
Ndioma Kane chipped in 21 markers while Fatou Pouye finished with 13 points to lead the undefeated Senegalese squad that went up by 28 points at most during the match.
The Filipinas now turn their attention to the 2025 FIBA Women's Asia Cup in China, and they seek to claim one of the six available World Cup slots in the tournament.
