The Manila Baywalk Dolomite Beach has reopened its gates on Tuesday, December 28 to the visitors who want to take a sight of the infamous artificial beach.
In a report from RH Boy Gonzales, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) said the dolomite beach will only be open for two days, from December 28 to 29.
It will be closed for the New Year and will be open again on January 4, 2022.
Currently, walk-in visitors are temporarily allowed inside the dolomite beach.
However, DENR encouraged those who want to visit to register online first via the DENR Manila Bay Dolomite Beach Appointment System at http://denrncrsys.online a day before.
Registrants will then receive an email from the DENR confirming their appointment.
The available slots for visits are as follows:
- 6:30-7:30 AM
- 8:00-9:00 AM
- 9:30-10:30 AM
- 11:00 a.m.-12:00 NN
- 1:30-2:30 PM
- 3:00-4:00 PM
- 4:30-5:30 PM
Children aged 11 years old and below are still not allowed at the dolomite beach.
DENR also reminded its visitors to bring their vaccination cards, wear face masks, and always observe social distancing.
Foods and drinks are not allowed inside as well as pets.
