The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has announced that the closure of Manila Baywalk Dolomite Beach along Manila Bay in Manila on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.

In an advisory posted on Facebook on Wednesday, DENR said the popular articifial beach will be closed in observance of Holy Week and also to give way for maintenance.

Tourists are welcome to visit the Dolomite Beach again on April 8, Black Saturday and April 9, Easter Sunday.

The DENR said this will be opened from 6 am until 6 pm.
