

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief PGen Rommel Francisco Marbil relieved PBGen. Aligre Martinez as director of the Davao Police Regional Office.
In an order dated Thursday, June 13, PBGen Nicolas Torre III replaces Martinez, who has been reassigned to the Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit of the Directorate for Personnel and Records Management (PHAU-DPRM)
PNP also moved PNP Directorate for Operations head PMGen Ronald Lee and Intelligence Group director PCol Edwin De Luna Portento to the PHAU-DPRM.
PNP Directorate for Plans chief PBGen Nicolas Supan Salvador replaces Lee as head of the PNP Directorate for Operations.
The reshuffle came after cops served an arrest warrant against Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder Pastor Apollo Quiboloy and five others at five properties linked to the religious group leader.
Authorities failed to find Quiboloy, who face charges for sexual abuse, child abuse, and human trafficking, and his five co-accused in the said properties.
The order also states that PBGen Lex Ephraim Gurat will the helm of the PNP Directorate for Plans, and reassigns PBGen John Chua, the area police commander of Visayas, to the National Police Training Institute
