Former PBA guard Emmanuel 'Boybits' Victoria, 50, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, due to a heart attack.
His children, Ciaz Victoria and Nathan Victoria confirmed the news through their father's social media account.
"Hello po, this is Boybits’ kids, Ciaz Victoria, and Nathan Victoria. It’s with a heavy heart that we announce our dad’s death from acute myocardial infarction and he was pronounced dead at 6:55 pm at San Juan De Dios Manila," they wrote.
Victoria's viewing will be at the Loyola Memorial Chapels and Crematorium, Sucat from Thursday, March 2, at 10 AM to Sunday, March 5 at 10 AM.
"His cremation will be on March 5, Sunday at 11 am also to be held at Loyola Memorial Chapels and Crematorium, Sucat," they added.
Victoria is a PBA legend who began his career as the Rookie of the year in 1994 and was the third overall pick by RFM Swift in the PBA draft.
He helped Swift to win two championships in the 1995 season, falling short of a grand slam and bagging five more PBA titles with San Miguel.
