Actress Andrea Brillantes has once again proved she is the "luckiest fangirl" in the world!
During a recent Instagram Live session with Rosé from the popular South Korean girl group Blackpink, Andrea managed to catch the artist's attention for the second time.
To recall, it was during BLACKPINK's Born Pink concert at the Philippine Arena in March when Andrea caught the group's notice with her Star Magic “promposal“ for ex-boyfriend Ricci Rivero.
Notably, Brillantes didn't hesitate to share the news of her breakup with the basketball player.
“My fave memory was when you noticed me for my promposal,” the actress left the message on the live comment.
Rosé remembered the scene, saying that she recalls a similar event during their Southeast Asia tour but couldn’t pinpoint the exact city.
“OMG OMG yes that’s me. We broke up now. [That was in] Manila!” Brillantes revealed in the comments.
“Broke up now? I’ll pretend I didn’t see that,” Rosé humorously responded.
Brillantes shared that she is content and happy despite the breakup, earning a thumbs-up from Rosé.
“I’m happy that you’re happy,” the idol responded.
Interestingly, this interaction marks the second time that Brillantes has garnered attention from a famous singer regarding her breakup, which occurred last June.
She recently caught the eye of American singer-actress Sabrina Carpenter during Carpenter's "Emails I Can't Send" tour at Quezon City's New Frontier Theater where Brillantes was asked questions about her past relationship.
‘Rosé curse’
Rosé’s interaction with Andrea has sparked speculation about a supposed "curse" linked to the pop star's influence on her relationship.
A popular notion among fans is that Rosé possesses an uncanny knack for inadvertently influencing breakups among celebrity couples after engaging with them, humorously known as the "Rosé's curse."
