

Several mayors and vice mayors in Metro Manila have been officially proclaimed following their victory in the recently concluded 2025 National and Local Elections held on Monday, May 12.
Among those proclaimed were Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto and Vice Mayor Robert “Dodot” Jaworski Jr., who were officially declared winners Tuesday morning.
This came after Sotto secured a landslide victory with 351,392 votes, earning him his third and final term as mayor.
Meanwhile, Jaworski garnered 290,237 votes, securing his second term as vice mayor.
Reelectionist San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora was likewise proclaimed earlier today, securing his victory for a third consecutive term.
In Malabon City, Mayor Jeannie Sandoval and her entire slate were formally proclaimed. As of 12 a.m. today, Sandoval had garnered over 120,000 votes. She was proclaimed alongside her running mate, Edward Nolasco.
Furthermore, in Caloocan City, Mayor Along Malapitan was also proclaimed earlier this morning at City Hall.
He received 330,022 votes, leading by nearly 100,000 over his opponent, former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, based on COMELEC results as of 10 p.m. yesterday.
Meanwhile, in the City of Manila, Francisco “Isko” Moreno regained the mayoralty after securing a landslide victory from the Manileños. His opponents, Mayor Honey Lacuna and Sam Verzosa, both received over 100,000 votes as of 1 a.m.
As the canvassing of votes continues, more winning candidates across various Metro Manila cities are expected to be proclaimed soon.
