GMA released the official teaser for “Firefly” film starring Alessandra de Rossi and Euwenn Mikaell.

Directed by “Maria Clara at Ibarra” director Zig Dulay, the trailer follows a mother telling stories of an isle of fireflies to his young son named Ton. It flashes to the adult Ton saying that he searched for the island before fragments of young Ton’s adventure toward the mythical place shows up on the screen.

Together with De Rossi and Mikaell are Miguel Tanfelix, Ysabel Ortega, Cherry Pie Picache, Epy Quizon, Yayo Aguila, Max Collins, Kokoy de Santos with the special participation of Dingdong Dantes.

“Firefly” is GMA Public Affairs and GMA Pictures’ official entry to the 49th Metro Manila Film Festival to be available in theaters on December 25.
