Vice President Sara Duterte stood firm that she did not violate any laws following the three impeachment complaints filed against her.
Interviewed by the media on Wednesday, Duterte said she is ready to face all of these complaints, and her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte, will serve as her lawyer.
"Nagkausap kami bago lang, sabi niya since di ko tatanggapin yung pera mag-lawyer siya para sa akin," the Vice President said.
"Inimbentaryo namin ang mga kaso meron na kaming mga lawyer na naka-assign in case na-file na ang case," she added.
"I am confident that I did not break any law, I did not do anything illegal, pero sa nakita natin ngayon, wala nang rule of law," she furthered.
Earlier, Duterte expressed acceptance of the complaints, noting that it was preferable since she was the only one being targeted.
"Okay din 'yung impeachment case dahil ako lang ang tinitira doon, ako lang iniimbestigahan noon. Ako lang ang inaatake ng impeachment case. Hindi na kasali ang nga kasamahan ko sa OVP and mga dati kong kasama sa DepEd. Masagot na ng final, kung ano 'yung mga inaakusa nila sa akin," she said.
