

As of 8 a.m. today, Tropical Depression #MirasolPH is traversing Northern Luzon, prompting the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) to raise Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 in several provinces.
According to PAGASA, the center of Tropical Depression Mirasol was last spotted near San Agustin, Isabela. The storm carries maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near its center, with gusts reaching up to 90 km/h. It is moving west-northwest at a speed of 25 km/h.
