

Calling all “The Office” fans, the Scrantron documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin will be moving to Toledo, Ohio, and you might want to read all about it!
Set in the same universe as the beloved mockumentary sitcom, “The Paper,” will document the twists and turns of the local Midwestern paper called “The Truth Teller,” and a publisher trying to revive the historic newspaper.
Streaming platform Peacock officially announced that it will be premiering in September in a social media post on Tuesday, May 13. However, further details like the exact premiere date have yet to be revealed.
“The Scranton documentary crew is heading to Toledo. #ThePaper arrives this September on Peacock,” it captioned its post.

According to the report by Variety, the show’s trailer was played at a recent presentation to advertisers in New York. The trailer revealed that the show will be taking place in the offices of the Toledo Truth-Teller, showing Oscar working as an accountant for the paper.
Upon the appearance of the documentary crew, Oscar did not look too happy to see them.
Meanwhile, the report mentioned that Sabrina Impacciatore will be playing the role of the managing editor, while Domhnall Gleeson will play an idealistic new employee.
Apart from the three cast members, The Paper will also star Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, and Tim Key.
The series is produced by “The Office” creator Greg Daniels and Michael Koman.
“The Office” premiered in 2005 as a sitcom with a mockumentary style, and ran until 2013. Throughout its run, the show was recognized by several award-giving bodies, earning them awards from the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), Emmys, Golden Globes, Peabodys, and many others.
