Former Senate President Vicente 'Tito' Sotto III, Senator Christopher 'Bong' Go, and ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo topped the 2025 senatorial survey conducted by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD).

Based on the results of the "Boses ng Bayan" 2025 Elections: Senatorial Preferences, Sotto ranked number one after he garnered 68.9 percent votes.

The second and third spots were secured by Go and Tulfo, with 68.7 percent and 64.5 percent votes, respectively.

Senator Ramon 'Bong' Revilla placed as fourth preferred Senatorial candidate with 63.8 percent and Senator Francis 'Tol' Tolentino came in fifth with 63.6 percent.

The following former and present government officials also emerged as the Pinoys's senatorial bet for the 2025 mid-term elections:

  • Senator Imelda 'Imee' Marcos - 55.8 percent
  • House Speaker Martin Romualdez - 55.3 percent
  • Senator Ronald 'Bato' dela Rosa - 51.7 percent
  • Former Vice President Maria Leonor 'Leni' Robredo - 50.9 percent
  • Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos Jr. - 40.3 percent
  • Senator Pia Cayetano - 39.6 percent
  • Former Senator Manny Pacquiao - 37.2 percent
  • Former Senator Panfilo 'Ping' Lacson - 36.9 percent

Prominent names surfaced in the poll survey results including former Manila Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso, Senator Manuel 'Lito' Lapid, cardiologist and online health personality Dr. Willie Ong, veteran broadcaster Manuel 'Noli De Castro Jr., former Senator 'Kiko' Pangilinan, television host Wilfredo 'Willie' Revillame, and former Quezon City Mayor Herbert 'Bistek' Bautista.

The "Boses ng Bayan" polls were conducted from Sept. 20 to Sept. 30, 2023.

A total of 10,000 respondents from Metro Manila, Northern Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas were surveyed.

"The survey strictly included only registered Filipino voters who are not affiliated with any political entity, ensuring that the outcome authentically mirrors the unbiased sentiments and preferences of the voting demographic. The results of this extensive survey carry a marginal error of just 1% (+/-), affirming the precision and reliability of the collected data," the RPMD said.
