Vice President Sara Duterte went to the Senate on Wednesday to visit Rep. Rodante Marcoleta.

The Vice President arrived at the Senate at around 1:30 p.m., according to a report by Raymund Dadpaas.

In an ambush interview, Duterte said she had a scheduled flight but chose to visit Marcoleta first.

Duterte was accompanied by Senator Bong Go.

No statement has been made yet on what the two would discuss.
