Drew Arellano and Iya Villania-Arellano just welcomed baby number 5!
On Tuesday, February 11, the pair announced they had officially welcomed their fifth child, Anya Love Villania-Arellano. She was born on February 11, at exactly 10:52 AM. The couple shared snaps of their little one on Instagram, simply captioning it with, “Anya Love Villania-Arellano.❤️ February 11, 2025. 10:52 am.”

However, hours before Iya gave birth, she mentioned experiencing prodromal labor.
“And why is it just now in my 5th pregnancy that I experience PRODROMAL LABOR?! Kailan ka na lalabas bebe guuuurl?!?” Iya said in her Instagram story.
“Been experiencing contraction pretty frequently throughout the day but nothing major enough for me to do anything about it,” she added.
Prodromal labor is a type of false labor contraction that occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy. According to the American Pregnancy Association, it can feel a lot like real labor, but never progresses toward delivery.
In a separate story, Iya shared that she did not want to be sent home from the hospital again, and will be awaiting major signs like her water breaking, bleeding, or stronger contractions.
Hours later, Iya announced that she had given birth, indicating that they got to the hospital at 10 AM, and she gave birth at 10:52 AM. This means that Iya gave birth in less than an hour.
“She’s here!!! And wow, what a delivery!” she said.
According to Iya, “the relief of being done with delivery is indescribable,” adding “Thank you Lord” in the end.
A few moments after the couple’s announcement, their friends and fans quickly sent their well-wishes to the family.
Anya Love is Drew and Iya’s fifth child and second daughter, along with the rest of their children, Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro.
The couple have been married since 2014.
