According to recent reports, several key areas across the region are submerged, causing significant disruptions and evacuations.
Edwin Duque reports that vehicles belonging to residents affected by the flooding have congregated near the bridge at the Navotas-Malabon border. The situation is particularly dire in Malabon, where C. Arellano Street in Barangay Ibaba is inundated due to a combination of high tide and persistent rainfall.
